- Impactful Skills for Seasoned Leaders: Leaders who attend this workshop will work through the process of discovering their “Why” and core values as well as setting their short-and long-term vision. This will support the advancement of their leadership skills aimed at unlocking the potential of individuals and teams to maximize performance and effectiveness.
- Successfully Leading Hybrid Teams: Leading a remote team can be challenging for even the most seasoned leader and even more challenging when your team is a hybrid of both in person and remote. Participants will acquire the tools and skills focused on giving clear directions, efficient check-ins, and communication best practices to maintain a highly engaged and productive team.
- Leaning In - Enhancing awareness and empathy: In today's environment, successful leaders will need to be able to connect with each individual team member to motivate and enhance their employee experience. This workshop will provide leaders with everything they need to enhance their social awareness and empathy.
- Critical Thinking and Agility for Continuous Improvement: Critical thinking with agility is the recipe for creative problem solving. During this highly interactive workshop, participants will use real life challenges to explore and practice the process of critical thinking to define and create new and innovative ideas to help improve their workplace.
