The Secret to Engaged Teams
Gallup studies have shown that teams with highly engaged employees experience 22% higher profitability and 21% higher productivity. This course will provide managers with several tools and tips for connecting with and engaging their employees in just minutes a day. Attendees will gain the ability to establish rapport, trust, and respect with their employees; be available and have open two-way conversations often and recognize and reward excellence.
Mastering Your Priorities
The key to managing priorities is to take full ownership and accountability for them. During this course, attendees will practice ways to set and manage priorities and stay organized and focused on the most important tasks. Attendees will also discover easy-to-use time saving techniques and strategies to enable them to be more productive.
Effective Team Meetings
Team meetings bring all members of the workplace together to communicate, share, and maintain a cadence of accountability to ensure work gets done. In an effective team meeting, each team member is encouraged to share ideas for problem solving that contribute to continuous improvement. Attendees will walk away with a list of engaging, actionable ideas to improve their team meetings.
Navigating a Multigenerational Workforce
We now have up to five different generations working together and each have different viewpoints and values. This workshop will explore these differences and the potential clash points that exist. Attendees will gain an understanding and acceptance for all of the generations and be able to leverage their unique qualities for success.
Let Your Strengths Be Your Guide
The strengths-based development approach is unique and powerful. A person’s most direct path to individual growth and improvement begins with a primary investment in his or her greatest talents. These talents represent the innate power and potential within us. According to Gallup, people who use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged in their work and three times more likely to say they have an excellent quality of life. We will explore this concept deeper and how more individuals and teams can benefit from a Strengths based approach.
Your EQ Edge
Your IQ generally peaks by age 17, it may be what got you into a good college, but you will need more to succeed as a professional. EQ (Emotional intelligence) will be your edge. This workshop will explore emotional intelligence and attendees will walk away with strategies to manage and enhance their own EQ for success.
*Presentations can be customized to run 45 minutes to two hours
