Communication Essentials
Poor communication strategies and approaches can cost on average a loss of up to $62.4 million per year. Leaders often don’t take the time to think about how we communicate with our teams and why it is important. This workshop will allow the group to explore their communication style and share ideas on the what, when, and how of effective communication.
Conflict Resolution
Being able to manage conflict successfully is a crucial leadership skill. This workshop will explore and define conflict at work. Participants will be able to determine their own conflict style and which type of conflict style works best in different situations. We will discover best practices for resolving a conflict situation. Participants will walk away with a concrete plan for managing conflict. *This workshop utilizes the Thomas-Kilmann Instrument (TKI) and the cost is $45.00 per assessment.
Critical Thinking
Critical thinking is the intellectually disciplined process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and/or evaluating information gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication, as a guide to belief and action. This workshop will allow participants to explore a model for using critical thinking strategies to address everyday workplace challenges using brainstorming, logic and synthesis.
Effective Team Meetings
Team meetings bring all members of the workplace together to communicate, share, and maintain a cadence of accountability to ensure work gets done. In an effective team meeting, each team member is encouraged to share ideas for problem solving that contribute to continuous improvement. Attendees will walk away with a list of engaging, actionable ideas to improve their team meetings.

The Everything DiSC profile, a Wiley brand, provides insights into people’s natural and adaptable behavior styles based on their personality type. Innovative Problem Solving
Design thinking is a process for creative problem solving. During this highly interactive workshop, participants will use real life challenges to explore and practice the process of design thinking to define, ideate, prototype and plan for testing new and innovative ideas to help improve their workplace.

The key to managing priorities is to take full ownership and accountability for them. During this course, attendees will practice ways to set priorities and manage them using a four-quadrant approach. Attendees will also discover easy-to-use time saving techniques and strategies to enable them to be more productive every day.
Navigating a Multigenerational Workforce
We now have up to five different generations working together and each have different viewpoints and values. This workshop will explore these differences and the potential clash points that exist. Attendees will gain an understanding and acceptance for all of the generations and be able to leverage their unique qualities for success.
Stress Management
Did you know that 75-90% of all Doctor visits are stress related? Stress can have detrimental effects on our body. When it comes to dealing with stress there are two approaches you can take; The traditional way of managing the stress OR the more empowering way which will allow you to put that stress to good use. This course will explore both paths and take participants through several mindful activities. Attendees will leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
Your EQ Edge
Your IQ generally peaks by age 17, it may be what got you started on your path, but you will need more to succeed as a professional. EQ (Emotional intelligence) will be your edge.
