Each conversation is a chance to support someone’s success and well-being. 💼 Recruitment & Talent Management: There’s always a recruitment project in motion! Whether reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, or meeting with hiring managers, finding the right talent for the organization is a key priority. 🕗 Mid-morning: You tried to use the restroom, but were stopped 4 times. That large coffee is catching up! 📈 Meetings: Collaborating with leadership teams to align people strategies with business goals, discussing company culture, workforce planning, employee engagement, and more. There are sooo many meetings! 🕗 Afternoon: You realize your stomach is growling because you haven’t had lunch yet. You cross your fingers that the next meeting ends early so you can grab a quick bite to eat.
